Last updated: April 2026. These Terms govern your use of ToolFest at toolfest.in and its tools. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service.
1. The service
ToolFest provides free online calculators, converters, and file utilities “as is.” Features may change, break, or retire without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful content, no attempting to overload infrastructure, no scraping that harms performance, and no use that violates applicable law in your country. You are responsible for files and text you process.
3. No professional advice
Finance, tax, and legal outputs are informational only. PDF and image tools may not match dedicated desktop software for every file. For regulated decisions, consult licensed professionals and official sources.
4. Intellectual property
ToolFest branding, layout, and original text belong to the site operator unless otherwise noted. You retain rights to your own uploads; you grant no license to us beyond what is needed to run scripts in your browser.
5. Third parties
We may load fonts, libraries, analytics, or advertising scripts from third parties (for example Google Fonts, CDN-hosted open source, Google AdSense, Google Analytics). Their terms and policies apply to those services. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolFest and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including data loss, missed deadlines, or financial decisions based on calculator output.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
